The role of Manufacturing Engineering plays an important role in today’s technology development and they are the foundation of any contemporary economy. The current development of newer field of research is crucial for current mechanical engineering application. This FDP “An insight into Novel Research aspects in manufacturing Processes” will focus on the current innovative technologies which includes Metal additive manufacturing, advanced metal forming technology and advanced welding sciences and its characterization technique. The eminent speakers from both academics (National and International) and industries will share their technological Knowledge in order to create awareness about the recent trends in manufacturing industries.
This FDP on “An insight into Novel Research aspects in manufacturing Processes” have 2 parts.
a) Talks from experts of premier research institutions with a specific focus on experimental and computational work on additive manufacturing, advanced metal forming technology and advanced welding sciences etc.
b) Talks from the industrial experts with the focus on the production, consultancy and feasibility of the above technologies in industries along with the virtual industrial tour.
